Transparent / Candy
Stunning finishes can be achieved using transparent or candy colors — especially on brushed or machined wheels. These options add rich, deep color while preserving the unique texture of the metal beneath. For an extra layer of visual impact, effects like gold plating and polished aluminum are also available, offering a high-end, head-turning look.
Matte or Gloss Finish

Powder Coating Process
Wheel Builder
Our interactive Wheel Builder sets us apart. Designed specifically for Corvette, Jeep, and Polaris Slingshot owners, it lets you customize your wheels online and see real-time visuals and pricing — all in one seamless experience. Simply complete your purchase, and your fully mounted, balanced, and coated wheel package will be ready to enjoy. No need to coordinate multiple shops — we handle everything in-house and guarantee perfect fitment.
Wheel Intake
Whether you're sending in your current wheels or purchasing a new set for custom finishing, each set goes through an initial quality control inspection. During this stage, we carefully assess roundness, balance, fitment, and surface condition to ensure everything meets our high standards before moving forward.
Coating Removal and Wheel Prep
The next step is removing the original coating from your wheels. We use an eco-friendly solution to strip away the old paint, exposing the bare metal and creating the perfect foundation for your new powder coat. After this, the wheels are blasted to achieve the proper mechanical profile and undergo another thorough quality control inspection.
Wheel Repair
If any imperfections are discovered after removing the original coating, we carefully assess the damage and make any necessary repairs. Whether it’s curb damage, chips, oxidation, or a deteriorating coating, we’ll restore your wheels to perfect condition. Once repaired, the wheels undergo the full prep process and quality control checks once more.
Powder coating
At this stage, your bare metal wheels are ready to receive their final finish. Rev Dynamics’ in-house powder coating facility, specifically designed for wheels, utilizes state-of-the-art equipment. This meticulous process ensures a flawlessly uniform finish that is as durable as it is stunning
Tire Mounting / Delivery
Your newly powder coated wheels are now ready for pickup or delivery.
If you purchased a complete wheel and tire package we will now install and balance your tires. We use the top of the line Hunter® and CEMB® equipment to ensure your wheels are mounted scratch free and balanced without vibration.
After detailing and final inspection your wheels are package to survive shipping through a hurricane. Your wheel and tire package arrives fully assembled and balanced. Just bolt them on, check your air pressure and enjoy.
